3. The anti-barking collar stops barking, the sound gradually increases, and the electric shock is controlled by the microprocessor, which is different from other environmental noise dog barks, and automatically provides sound and electric shock after each bark.
4. How it works: When you bark for the first time, the 0228 anti-bark collar emits a warning sound for 1.5 seconds. If the second barking occurs within 20 seconds, an alarm sound for 1.5 seconds and a level 1 electric shock will be emitted. The third bark issued a warning sound for 1.5 seconds, a second-level electric shock. For the fourth bark, a 1.5 second warning will result in a level 3 electric shock. For the fifth bark, a 1.5 second warning will result in a level 4 electric shock. The sixth bark, a 1.5-second siren, and the fifth level of electric shock. This pattern is repeated in 6 correction levels. The first layer has only progressive warning sounds. If your dog continues to bark through the remaining five levels, a more powerful sound and effect is applied after each barking, until your pet stops for 20 seconds, then the barking prohibition collar will automatically reset to the first One (pure tone) correction level. In order to protect the dog, if the continuous stimulation reaches level 6, the collar will stop working for 30 seconds.
5. Use a warning tone, followed by a stronger tone and impulse, to establish a pattern, and your dog will soon know that it is caused by his own barking. It takes time to get rid of bad habits. When your dog forgets and barks again, the warning sound will remind your pet, but it will not immediately shock him. At each step, your dog can choose whether it is worth increasing the pain of barking again. We found that this gradual increase in sound and electric shock technology is not only more humane, but also more effective than traditional electric shock bark control collars in breaking bark habits.

Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Guarantee)

We stand by our quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.

Items Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost. For locations where we are unable to generate a return label, we will kindly ask for your assistance in returning the item. In such cases, the return shipping cost must be agreed upon with us before sending the package, and a copy of the receipt from the delivery company will be required for reimbursement. We will refund the cost directly to your account or provide store credit for future purchases.
