Instructions for Use:
1. The maximum power of wireless charging is 15W, the maximum power of heating and heat preservation is 20W, and the output power of the applicable adapter or charging head and cable is recommended to be ≥20W.
2. If the power of the adapter is not enough or the cable does not meet the power requirements, may cause charging abnormalities.
3. The charging power of the product will be automatically matched with the phone, the maximum charging power is 15W, downward compatible: 5W/7.5W/10W.
4. When the product is connected to the power supply, the blue indicator light in the middle of the touch switch flashes 3 times and then goes out, indicating that the product is connected to the power supply.
5. When placing the ceramic cup on the product, the cup presses down the microswitch, and after 2 seconds, the stirring function starts to start stirring, and the stirring will stop automatically after 30 seconds. In stirring mode or heating mode, short press the touch switch to control the start and stop of the stirring function; long press the touch switch for 2 seconds to control the start and stop of the heating function.
6. When the heating and heat preservation function is on, the red indicator light in the middle of the touch switch will light up, long press the touch switch for 2 seconds, the red indicator light will turn off, and the heating and heat preservation mode will be closed.
7. When the cell phone with wireless charging function is placed in the charging position, the blue indicator light in the middle of the touch switch will be on, and the cell phone will start charging. The wireless charging position of the cell phone needs to be directly opposite to the wireless charging logo of the product.
8. After detecting metal foreign objects, the red indicator light in the middle of the touch button flashes.
Note:
1. Keep the wireless charger dry and away from water and any liquid. (If the product gets into water, please disconnect the power immediately, do not use the external heat source to dry it, and stop using the product)

Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost. For locations where we are unable to generate a return label, we will kindly ask for your assistance in returning the item.
