Terms of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from BashFashion. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the goods at the prices shown. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order.

2. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Origin: All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in China.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Transit Time: 5-10 business days to the UK.
Total Delivery Time: Processing time plus transit time (6-13 business days total).

Our order cutoff time: 3:00 PM London time, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

💷 UK Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders Under £135:

  • ✅ Import duties are generally not applicable under UK regulations for orders under £135.
  • ✅ The price you pay at checkout is your final price with no additional charges upon delivery
  • ✅ Faster customs clearance with no duty-related delays

Orders Over £135:

  • ⚠️ Shipped without DDP - additional customs duties, VAT, and handling fees may apply upon delivery
  • ⚠️ You will be contacted by the courier or customs office before delivery to pay these charges
  • ⚠️ These charges are the customer's responsibility and not included in our prices

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide with shipping transit time and costs calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: May apply depending on local regulations (customer responsibility)
  • Clearance Times: Vary by country and may cause delivery delays
  • Important: Check your country's import regulations before ordering

4. Cancellation Rights

Unshipped Orders: You can cancel unshipped orders for a full refund.
Cooling-Off Period: You have 30 days from delivery to notify us of your wish to cancel under UK statutory rights.

5. Returns

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Unwanted items: Customer pays return shipping
- Faulty/damaged items: We pay return shipping
Refund Processing: Within 7 days of receiving returned items.

6. Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
