Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Items Damaged on Arrival

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost. For locations where we are unable to generate a return label, we will kindly ask for your assistance in returning the item. In such cases, the return shipping cost must be agreed upon with us before sending the package, and a copy of the receipt from the delivery company will be required for reimbursement. We will refund the cost directly to your account or provide store credit for future purchases.
