Our Business Model
BashFashion is a UK-based international online retailer founded in 2023. We operate as an online-only business with no physical storefront, serving customers worldwide with over 200,000 carefully curated products across technology, home, sports, beauty, and fashion categories.
Order Processing
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Order Cutoff: 3:00 PM London time, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Fulfillment & Shipping
Where We Ship From: All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in China, including those delivered to the United Kingdom.
Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Total Delivery Time: 6-13 business days total (processing time plus transit time)

Orders Under £135:
- ✅ Import duties are generally not applicable under UK regulations for orders under £135.
- ✅ The price you pay at checkout is your final price with no additional charges upon delivery
- ✅ Faster customs clearance with no duty-related delays
Orders Over £135:
- ⚠️ Shipped without DDP - additional customs duties, VAT, and handling fees may apply upon delivery
- ⚠️ You will be contacted by the courier or customs office before delivery to pay these charges
- ⚠️ These charges are the customer's responsibility and not included in our prices
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide with shipping transit time and costs calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Customs & Duties: May apply depending on local regulations (customer responsibility)
- Clearance Times: Vary by country and may cause delivery delays
- Important: Check your country's import regulations before ordering
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Returns & Refunds
Cooling-Off Period: You have 30 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us of your wish to cancel.
Return Window: Once you notify us, you have another 30 days to send the goods back.
Return Process: Start a return in your customer account at account.bashfashion.co.uk or email sales@bashfashion.co.uk
Return Address: All returns must be sent back to our warehouse in China. A specific return address will be provided when you initiate a return through our system.
Refund Processing: We process refunds within 7 days of receiving returned items at our China warehouse. Funds take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
Return Costs: You are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items. We cover return costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
